Oura, the smart ring company, has secured a major $75 million investment from Dexcom, a leader in glucose monitoring devices, bringing its valuation to over $5 billion. This deal, part of Oura’s Series D funding round, marks a significant milestone for the company as it looks to expand its health-tracking capabilities.

The two companies have announced plans to integrate Dexcom’s continuous glucose monitoring technology with Oura rings, enabling users to monitor their blood sugar levels via the Oura app. The first product integration is expected to roll out in early 2025.
