OpenAI Surpasses 300 Million Weekly Active Users

ChatGPT now boasts over 300 million weekly users, a major milestone announced by OpenAI CEO Sam Altman at The New York Times’ DealBook Summit on Wednesday. This comes just a few months after the platform reached 200 million weekly users in August.

Altman shared the impressive growth, stating, “Our product has scaled ... now we have more than 300 million weekly active users. We have users sending more than 1 billion messages per day to ChatGPT.”
