Exosonic ceases operations amid funding challenges
The lack of customer support for both concepts left the company unable to secure funding

After five years of innovation, Exosonic, the startup focused on supersonic commercial air travel and UAV technology, is shutting down. Despite the promising potential of quiet supersonic flight and drones for the U.S. Department of Defense, the company revealed in a statement that it couldn’t gain enough momentum to stay afloat.
In an update on its website, Exosonic explained that while the team still firmly believes in the need for quieter supersonic travel and drone solutions, the lack of sufficient customer support for both concepts left the company unable to secure the funding necessary for further development.
