EU Clears Nvidia’s Acquisition of AI Startup Run:ai

Nvidia has secured approval from the European Union to move forward with its acquisition of Israeli GPU orchestration platform Run:ai. The European Commission unanimously determined that the merger would not create a monopoly, as alternative hardware options compatible with Nvidia would remain available on the market, Bloomberg reports.
