Apple’s iPhone 17 Could Feature Major Design Changes

The iPhone 17 Pro models will reportedly sport a hybrid aluminum-glass design

Apple is gearing up to unveil its redesigned iPhone 17 lineup, which is expected to feature a major shift back to an aluminum and glass construction. This includes the iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max, which will embrace this new look while boosting wireless charging capabilities. The official launch is anticipated for September 2025.

The iPhone 17 Pro models will sport a hybrid aluminum-glass design, a throwback to the style seen before the iPhone X in 2017, when Apple transitioned to stainless steel and titanium. This redesign aims to offer a sleeker, more durable device. The upper section will feature an aluminum frame, while the bottom will have a glass panel for improved wireless charging. The rear will also feature a larger, more prominent rectangular camera bump made from aluminum, replacing the previous glass version.
